What happen to Pres. Aquino. He seems to be an authoritarian. Former Pres. Gloria Arroyo was not allowed to go abroad to have a medication for her dire health problem. It seems that he's depriving the right of the former president. Arroyo allowed Former Pres. Estrada to have his medication abroad when sometime in the past Estrada got sick. Estrada had even have a great Graft and Corruption case. What a disgusting behavior he has done.
